Buying fresh flowers from us

We offer seasonal fresh flowers, and our bunches are determined by what is in season at the time. Please look at our website feeds to see what is likely to be available. In the event that we are unable to supply your flowers, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.

Delivery or collection from Ferdousi Flower Farm is available from Saturday to Thursday. Orders must be placed with at least 24 hours notice.

We are a seasonal flower farm and so weather conditions may affect our ability to provide fresh flowers.

Flower Care

Re-cut the stems of the flowers every few days to remove blocked and sealed stem ends. Give the flowers fresh cool water and replace regularly. Keeping the flowers in a cool place, away from draughts, sunny windowsills, radiators and ripening fruit, will help them last longer.

Wholesale flowers for florists

Wholesale flowers are available to local florists who want to regularly buy and collect bunches of flowers from Ferdousi Flower Farm.

An order is not considered placed until a confirmation is sent detailing expected availability and collection time.

Online Payment details

Online Payment is through Paymob, a third-party electronic payment service. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice which will be emailed to you prior to collection or delivery of your flowers.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Complaints & Claims

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your flower shipment, please call Ferdousi.net IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes AND email us to [email protected]. All complaints must be communicated verbally and accompanied with images indicating all the flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the product or your claim will not be accepted, and no refund will be granted. In order to process your claim, we MUST receive pictures of the product. We do not guarantee color tone matches. Flowers are a product of mother nature and vary in color from season to season.

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for flowers. Ferdousi.net is not liable for products that are mishandled by clients and customers must be knowledgeable on flower care.

Ferdousi.net recommends our customer, or a representative, to be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. Ferdousi.net is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, for early deliveries, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Egyptian Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
