With bold, rose-painted foliage, the Calathea Roseopica is pet-friendly and creates visual interest in spaces with bright indirect sunlight. Performing best in bright indirect sunlight, the Calathea Rattlesnake produces green leaves with spotted patterns and purple undersides. Here it is planted in a matte-white ceramic pot. Check the soil for dampness once a week. If dry, add about a cup of water, keeping in mind that any excess will build up in the bottom and should be avoided.
